  • Village Questionnaire

Proposal for a Friends of St George’s

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) would like to know your views on how to look after the parish church. They have put together a questionnaire which they invite you to complete. This can be done online by using the following link: https://forms.gle/rWh6b6B3oNM74SiH9 or you can pick up a copy of the questionnaire in the Church or contact Linda Beamish on 07703-664034.

Do you have any suggestions? If you have any suggestions for, or things that you feel might be beneficial to keeping the Church buildings, grounds and churchyard maintained, or groups you would like to see in the village for young people, such as youth club or a Sunday school – or if you have any other point you would like to raise, please do contact the PCC.

The Church Warden, Linda Beamish says: ‘I’ve written the questions in this questionnaire, basically, to find out what the reason might be [for so few attendees at church services], and whether the village community actually wants to have a working (or open) church, churchyard, or church rooms, or regular (or even irregular) church services.

‘We really need to know what our community wants, needs and cares for.

    Thank you for your time.’
