• Financial Help Available

Please remember that the Parish Council still has the COVID grant available for shopping vouchers. Maybe COVID has impacted your finances – e.g. loss of earnings, been made redundant, extra outgoings. If you feel this is the case please apply to the Parish Clerk for and application form which will be considered in confidence. The grant is usually distributed in shopping vouchers.

Email the Parish Clerk hindolvestonpc@googlemail.com for more information and an application form.

  • Hindolveston Parish Council Covid-19 Hardship Grant

    Covid-19 Hardship Grant

Earlier in the year Hindolveston Parish Council was successful in a bid to Norfolk Community Foundation and received a grant of £1,000 to support residents during the Covid-19 pandemic. £280 has already been distributed to families in need.

Although the lockdown is lifting and life is beginning to return to a ‘new normal’, the Parish Council is concerned that there will be some people and families who will be experiencing financial difficulties as a fallout from the pandemic. It has therefore been decided to invite residents who are in need, hardship or distress to apply for a grant (which will be distributed in supermarket vouchers for buying food).

If you are in need or experiencing hardship as a result of the pandemic, please do consider applying for a Covid-19 Hardship Grant from the Parish Council. (Your application will be considered by a working group of parish councillors in private, supported by the Clerk and will remain confidential.)

Please do contact the Parish Clerk, Joanna Otte on 01328 822366 or email hindolvestonpc@googlemail.com to receive an application form for a Covid-19 Hardship Grant.
